Starting in 2008, a financial services corporation experienced major layoffs. With a decreased workforce, increased workloads and the eligibility to work from home, MediFit saw a trend in decreased fitness center participation. In 2011 we implemented three initiatives to increase and re-build the fitness center utilization.
