• Vin DeProssino

  Chief Executive Officer and President, MediFit Corporate Services, Inc.

  Vin DeProssino is a principal, founding partner and currently President and Chief Executive Officer of MediFit Corporate Services, Inc. The past 35 years of his professional career have been spent providing design and development consulting, facility and program management services, and industry leadership in the corporate and not-for-profit health and wellness industry. Vin is on the Board of Directors of the International Association for Worksite Health Promotion, and the Board of Directors of Health Promotion Advocates, a legislative advocacy group serving the health promotion industry. He received his BS in Health and Physical Education from Brooklyn College, and pursued graduate studies in Applied Physiology at Teachers College, Columbia University.

   

• Bill Bourque

  President, MediFit Corporate Services LLC
  Chief Operating Officer, MediFit Corporate Services, Inc.
  Florham Park, New Jersey

  Bill joined MediFit in 2002 as a consultant, developing and managing the MediFit New England Region. In September 2003, Bill was hired as MediFit’s Vice President, Business Development. He assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2005 providing leadership and management for the departments of employer health and wellness services, business development, marketing, product and service development, and operating support services. In 2012, Bill was promoted to President, MediFit Corporate Services LLC and Chief Operating Officer, MediFit Corporate Services, Inc. In his role Bill is able to leverage his 25 years of industry experience and passion for health and wellness. A recipient of two degrees, Bill has a BS in Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an MBA from Northeastern University. Bill currently is an Associate Editor for the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Health and Fitness Journal and serves as a book reviewer for ACSM industry publications.

   

• Kurt Atherton

  President, MediFit Community Services LLC
  Florham Park, New Jersey
  San Jose, California

  Kurt joined the MediFit team as a consultant in 2008. In 2010, he assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer, Community Health and Wellness Services, and was subsequently promoted to President, MediFit Community Services LLC in mid-2012. Kurt has more than 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service and operations management in the industry. He has assisted in the development of over 140 fitness and wellness centers. Kurt has a BS in Management and Industrial Engineering from Ithaca College, New York.

   

• Jim Clement

  Chief Financial Officer, MediFit Corporate Services, Inc.
  Florham Park, New Jersey

  Jim has accumulated 25 years of leadership experience in providing financial management and administration to corporate organizations. He joined MediFit in 2005 and is integral in the development of business plans, and the implementation of operating and capital budget controls, driving business performance and improving cost efficiencies. He received his BA and MBA in Public Accounting from Pace University, New York City/Westchester.

   

• Carl Walker

  General Counsel and Vice President, Human Resources, MediFit Corporate Services, Inc
  Florham Park, New Jersey

  From 1995 to 2009, Carl was outside counsel to MediFit. In 2010 he joined the MediFit team to manage recruiting, human resources, and legal and risk management. In his role as general counsel and VP of Human Resources, Carl advises on a wide variety of matters, including: intellectual property, contracts, labor and employment, asset acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, venture capital investments and strategic development planning. He earned his JD at Rutgers-The State University of New Jersey, and his AB at Dartmouth College, New Hampshire.

   

• Aymii Couzelis

  Chief Information Officer, MediFit Corporate Services, Inc.
  Norwalk, Connecticut

  Aymii has spent her 19-year career in the technology industry, and nine of those years with MediFit. She joined MediFit as Senior IT Manager in 2002 with the goal of building an IT department to provide in-house support. Three years later, Aymii was promoted to Chief Information Officer as she undertook the expansion of the IT department to serve a broader range of client needs, including the launch of the web-based Virtual Fitness Center which delivers fitness, health and wellness programs to employee populations across the globe. Aymii received her BA in Management Information Systems from University of Colorado, Boulder.

   

• Bill Day

  Senior Vice President, MediFit Corporate Services, Inc.
  Tucson, Arizona

  Bill’s experience in the fitness, health and wellness industry spans 50 years. When Bill joined MediFit in 1997 as Regional Director, he was responsible for managing five MediFit accounts. As the company grew and the organizational structure evolved, Bill became Senior Vice President Health and Fitness Operations managing the Regional Account Managers. He was later promoted to his current position as Senior Vice President. Bill believes that a highly engaged staff assures high levels of engagement among members. Throughout his years with MediFit, his conviction and dedication to the development of staff and management has helped build an outstanding MediFit organization. Bill earned his BS from Springfield College, and his MA and PhD from Kent State University, Ohio.

   

   

• Kristine Holbrook

  Senior Vice President, MediFit Corporate Services LLC
  Austin, Texas

  Kristine joined MediFit in 1996. She oversees Employer Health and Wellness Services, providing leadership for client services teams delivering onsite health promotion and fitness services. With more than 23 years of health, fitness and wellness experience, she leads the employer client operations team at MediFit while also serving on the Board of Directors for the Health Enhancement Research Organization (HERO) and the International Association for Worksite Health Promotion (IAWHP). Kristine also represents MediFit as a HERO Think Tank member, and is a Texas State Leader for Health Promotion Advocates. Kristine earned a BS in Athletic Training for Sports Medicine from the University of Akron, and has a M.Ed., Exercise Science from Cleveland State University.
